Competency Demonstration Report (CDR)
The Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) is a report that overseas engineers who wish to apply for a skilled migration visa must present to 'Engineers Australia' - the designated assessing authority for most engineering occupations - in order to have their competencies, skills, and knowledge recognised in Australia.
Zeolla Solutions works with engineers who can offer assistance to such candidates in preparing a CDR that can help them win positive assessment from the Engineers Australia and successfully get them the Australian visa.
Zeolla Solutions' CDR reports are based primarily upon the undergraduate qualification and demonstrated graduate competencies. They contain:
- career episodes drafted to show the candidate's competencies for the engineering category applied for;
- summary statements showcasing candidate's engineering and management skills related to the Career Episodes above;
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Report to show an engineer is keeping up-to-date with developments in the field of engineering. It contains:
-
Title of training;
-
Date of Training;
-
Duration of Training; and
-
Venue of Training.
