407 GENUINE TEMPORARY ENTRANT (GTE)

The Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement for the 407 Visa has become increasingly important, as it enables the Department of Home Affairs to assess whether an applicant’s primary intention is to undertake the nominated occupational training and subsequently return to their home country.
