Case
Review
A second pair of eyes on the file before it goes anywhere - what the evidence actually supports, and where it will be tested.
What a review is for
Most refusals are visible in the file before it is lodged. A position description that does not reach the occupation, a salary that the market data will not support, an organisational chart that contradicts the nomination, testing that falls a week short of the required period - these are findable, and cheaper to fix than to appeal.
A case review is a written note to you, not a document for lodgement. It says what the file establishes, where it is thin, what a delegate is likely to ask, and what would close each gap.
What you receive
A file summary and the criteria the matter turns on
An assessment of the evidence against each criterion
The gaps, ranked by how likely they are to attract a request or a refusal
What would close each one, and whether it is obtainable
A view on whether the file is ready to lodge
Confidentiality
Files are handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and are used only for the review they were supplied for.

Common questions
Is the review a document I can lodge?
No. It is advice to you about the file. If it identifies work that needs doing, order that separately - or tick it as an add-on and the quote covers both.
What stages can you review?
Before lodgement, after a request for further information, or after a refusal when deciding whether to seek review.
How long does it take?
Usually a few business days. We confirm with the quote.
What do you need?
The application or draft, the supporting evidence, and any correspondence with the Department.
Is it legal advice?
No. It is a documentation and evidence review. Legal conclusions remain with your registered migration agent or lawyer.
