Most of our work comes from registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners who need the documentation done properly while they run the matter. We also work directly with sponsoring employers, and with in-house teams who sponsor at volume.
We are based on the Gold Coast and work across every state and territory - New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and the ACT. The work is done remotely, so location makes no difference to turnaround.
- Before you write to us
The faster answers come when we know the visa subclass, the occupation and ANZSCO or OSCA code, the stage the matter is at, and any date you are working to.
- If you already know what you need
Skip the enquiry. Every service, its price and its intake form sit on the services page, and submitting a form gives you a case reference on the spot.
- Deadlines
Tell us the date. If we cannot meet it we say so immediately, rather than after you have paid.
- Confidentiality
Files are handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and used only for the engagement they were supplied for.
Common questions
Do you give migration advice?
No. Zeolla Solutions provides copywriting and research services. These are not legal services and are not immigration advice, and every document we produce must be reviewed by a registered migration agent or Australian legal practitioner before it is lodged or relied on.
Can you work directly with an employer rather than an agent?
Yes. The intake forms ask for the agent or practice, and where an employer is ordering directly we simply record that. The document still needs professional review before lodgement.
How long do reports take?
10 to 12 working days as standard. Need it sooner? Choose 5 to 7 working days for 30% more, or 1 to 2 working days for 50% more - the option sits on every form and the quote updates as you pick it. The 407 training plans have their own published turnaround prices. Labour market testing is the exception: we run the advertising, so the clock is the 28 day advertising period the visa requires, plus up to five working days for interviews, and no rush can shorten it.
When do I pay?
After we confirm scope and price in writing. You can pay by PayPal at that point, ask for an invoice, or have us send the payment link straight to your client.
Do you work outside Australia?
Our US practice operates separately as Zeolla Solutions USA, covering immigration business plans, J-1 and H-3 training plans and PERM documentation.
