What the Department is assessing
A labour agreement request is not a form with attachments. The Department is deciding whether a genuine shortage exists that the standard program cannot meet, whether the business has tested the local market properly, whether the terms offered are at market, and whether each concession sought is justified by the evidence rather than by convenience.
Requests fail when the case is made at the level of the business rather than at the level of the occupation. A general statement that skilled workers are hard to find does not support a concession for a particular ANZSCO code. Each nominated occupation needs its own shortage evidence, its own testing and its own salary analysis.

DAMA endorsement
Where the request runs through a Designated Area Migration Agreement, the endorsement material for the designated area representative is written alongside the submission, so the regional case and the Department case do not diverge. Lodgement and dealings with the representative remain with you.

It depends on the occupation count and whether testing still has to run. Send the form and we come back within one business day with a timeline and a fixed quote.
Can you write the endorsement material only?
Yes. Say so in Additional Info and we will scope it to that.
