The Global Talent Visa Program is a streamlined visa pathway for highly skilled professionals to work and live permanently in Australia. The program is designed to help grow the country’s innovation and tech economies.

 

The Global Talent Independent Program (GTI) targets Highly Skilled and Talented Individuals giving access to new Fast-Tracked Visa Pathway to Permanent Residency in Australia. 

 

To be granted a visa under the Global Talent Visa Program (GTI) a candidate must be highly skilled in one of the 7 target sectors: FinTech; AgTech; Space and Advanced Manufacturing; Energy and Mining Technology; MedTech; Cyber Security; Quantum Information, Advanced Digital, Data Science and ICT. They must also be able to attract a salary that meets the high income threshold.
